SNIPPET: Blurb about username initials

Note: As of September 15, 2021, certain user names will be displayed as initials throughout the Dashboard for data security purposes. For example, when an outside user or affiliate makes a change to one of your bookings, that user’s initials will be displayed in the activity log instead of their full name, followed by the name of their company. In other words, full names are only viewable by users on the same Dashboard. Full names of outside users, affiliate users, and FareHarbor Admin users will still be visible in reports.
