Changing start time or length

In some cases, you may need to adjust the start time or length of an existing availability. These steps vary depending on whether you’re updating a single availability or multiple availabilities at once. Click into the sections below to learn more.
Changing the start time or length for a single availability
- Find and open the desired availability.
- Click the Settings button.
- Enter the new start time and length in hours.
- Click Save changes.
The new settings will automatically be updated in your Dashboard and on your website.
Changing the start time for multiple availabilities at once
You can use the availability updater to update the start time for multiple availabilities at once. Watch our short video guide or follow the steps below for a walkthrough.
Go to the Bookings section of your Dashboard.
From the toolbar, open the Advanced menu and select Update availabilities (Note: to access the updater from a specific item, follow these steps instead):
In the first section of the updater, select Start time.
In the second section, determine which availabilities to update. In this step, there are a variety of filters you can use.
Important: When making changes to start times, be sure to double check the Date range, Items, and Currently starting between filters. Read more about these options.
In the third section, enter the new availability start time.
Click Preview changes to confirm the number of availabilities that will be changed. If no availabilities will be affected, click Edit to double check you’ve selected the correct options, make any needed adjustments, then click the Preview button again
Click Complete update.
Changing the length for multiple availabilities at once
The availability updater can also be used to update the length for multiple availabilities. To do this, open the availability updater and follow the steps below.
In the first section of the updater, select Length.
In the second section, determine which availabilities to update by adjusting the date range and items. If needed, you can also narrow down availabilities using filters. Read more about these options.:
In the example above, we are updating availabilities from 1/14-1/30 that have a current length of 1 and a half hours. Note that this update will only apply to the 1 item that has been selected.
In the third section, enter the new length in hours.
Click Preview changes to confirm the number of availabilities that will be changed. If no availabilities will be affected, click Edit to double check you’ve selected the correct options, make any needed adjustments, then click the Preview button again.
Click Complete update.
