To aid in this process, we’ve compiled a comprehensive list of request forms that you can use to request new items, promotional codes, and more. Each request is handled in a timely manner by a team of specialists at FareHarbor, giving you the tools and time you need to run your business.

Reselling with FareHarbor Requests
Request help with troubleshooting or to request new API connections, including Expedia.com, GetYourGuide, Google Things To Do, Viator, and Musement.
Start reselling with any non-API affiliates through FareHarbor (for example, a hotel concierge desk). See a list of reselling options.
Opt into the FareHarbor Distribution Network (FHDN)
Currently the FHDN is available for companies in the following countries/regions:
- The United States
- Canada (with either a Canadian or US Bank account connected to their Dashboard)
- Europe (with either Stripe or Adyen as a payment processor)
Dashboard Training Requests
Whether you’re onboarding a new employee or need a refresher, you’re always welcome to request Dashboard training sessions with our team. To sign up for a 1:1 training with a Dashboard specialist, choose a session based on your location and language.
