Onboarding with FareHarbor
A Client Onboard Specialist on the FareHarbor team will soon give you access to your unique FareHarbor Dashboard. Your Specialist will answer any questions you may have from the video, go over any special features enabled on your Dashboard, and confirm your specific setup including the following features:
- Customers’ Confirmation Email
- Cancellation Policy
- Users/Permissions
- Payouts and Refunds
- Setting up your Payment Checklist
You will receive an email with screen share details and instructions to set up computer audio before your scheduled call.
You will be required to complete a Payment Setup Checklist before going live with FareHarbor. To streamline the process, please have bank account information prepared as well as business details such as how you file your taxes. If you file business taxes as an individual, please have your Social Security number ready. If you file as a company, please bring your legal business name, registered business address, and EIN number. You will be given your login credentials immediately after the Dashboard review, where you can go into the Dashboard to complete the checklist.
After completing your Payment Setup Checklist, you’ll be able to receive payments through your FareHarbor Dashboard. For any more questions about your new Dashboard, you can search our extensive Help Center or contact us with any questions.
