Google Analytics 4 (GA4) provides insights into user behavior across multiple devices and platforms. The GA4 user interface differs from the previous version (Universal Analytics), due to its new and improved analytics features.
This page addresses common questions that arise when integrating Google Analytics 4 with FareHarbor.
Creating a GA4 account
If you don’t yet have a Google Analytics account, you can create one on the Google Analytics website. Once you’ve created an account, you can connect GA4 to your FareHarbor Dashboard. You can find additional information on configuring GA4 here.
Connecting GA4 to your FareHarbor Dashboard
To connect your Google Analytics 4 account to your FareHarbor Dashboard:
- Click Settings at the top of your FareHarbor Dashboard.
- Select Analytics & Tracking under the Online Booking section in the sidebar.
- Click the Add analytics service button.
- Copy the measurement ID from your GA4 property and paste it into the required field.
- Click Create analytics service.

Linking your Google Ads and GA4 account
Linking Google Ads and GA4 accounts offers useful insights into the effectiveness of your Google Ad conversions.
