Viewing FareHarbor Help Center pages

Additional information is available to FareHarbor employees.

The new FareHarbor Help Center gives you quick access to clear, accurate answers and resources designed to help you use your FareHarbor Dashboard efficiently. The Help Center is available to all users at help.fareharbor.com. Most pages require that you log in with your FareHarbor account credentials.

Logging in to the Help Center

To log in to the FareHarbor Help Center, you need your company’s shortname and the same username and password that you use to log in to your FareHarbor Dashboard.

Tip: Your shortname usually comes from your company’s web address, and is also used during login and in the FareHarbor Dashboard URL. For example: A Dashboard with the URL fareharbor.com/outdooradventures/dashboard has the shortname outdooradventures

To log in to the FareHarbor Help Center:

  1. Go to help.fareharbor.com and click Sign In in the top-right corner of the Help Center homepage.
  2. Select Continue with FH Client Login on the left side of the login window.
  3. Enter your FareHarbor shortname, then click Continue.
  4. On the next page, enter the username and password you use to log in to your FareHarbor Dashboard.
  5. Click Continue.

After you log in, you can access all FareHarbor Help Center pages.

Logging in as a FareHarbor Desk user

If you are a FareHarbor Desk user, log in using the Email and Password fields on the right side. Do not use the Continue with FH Client Login button.

Troubleshooting

Using the correct login fields

Enter your FareHarbor username and password only after clicking the Continue with FH Client Login button. Entering your FareHarbor username and password into the login fields on the right side of the initial login screen will not work.

Logging in with the correct shortname

You cannot log in to the FareHarbor Help Center with the shortname of a Dashboard for which you’re an outside user. Use the shortname of your own Dashboard, where you initially registered your account, not the Dashboard for which you have been granted outside access. 

Logging in with a temporary password

Temporary passwords, received after a password reset, cannot be used to log in to the FareHarbor Help Center. After receiving your temporary password, set a permanent one and then attempt to log in again.

Incorrect Help Center profile name

Once you successfully log into the FareHarbor Help Center, you will see a profile name appear in the top right corner of the Help Center. In some circumstances, this name may not appear as you expect. If your Help Center profile name is incorrect, please reach out to our Support team.
