Login to the FareHarbor Dashboard is only possible using an email address and password from May 18, 2026.
The FareHarbor Dashboard uses email-based login for user accounts. You can sign in using your email address and password instead of your username and password.
The benefits of email-based login include:
- Improved account security
- Simplified user management
- Better visibility of user actions on the Dashboard
This page explains how email login works in FareHarbor, what you need to do to access the Dashboard, and how different types of user accounts behave.
Email login overview
Every Dashboard user who needs login access must have:
- A valid email address on their user profile (no typos or spaces in the email address).
- A verified email address (the email owner has clicked on the verification link in their inbox).
Once your email address is verified, you can sign in using:
- Email address
- Password
If you enter an unverified or incorrect email address, you will see an incorrect credentials error message. In such cases, you can:
- Check the validity of your credentials (email and password).
- Use the “Can't log in?” option, if you have forgotten your credentials.
- Ask a Director or Manager user to check or add your email address to the Dashboard. If an email is added to your user, you will have an email verification message in your inbox.
Note: If your user doesn't exist yet on the Dashboard, a Director or Manager user will have to create it for you with an associated email address.
How email verification works
When a user account is created or updated with a new email address, FareHarbor sends a verification email to that address. The email address is valid for login only after the verification has been completed.
Email verification is only required once, when you're logging in with a new email address.
To verify an email address:
- Create a new user or add an email address for an existing user. (Note: This action can only be done by Director or Manager users.)
- Open the verification email sent by FareHarbor to the added email's inbox.
- Click the verification link inside the message.
After verification, the email address becomes active for login.
If the verification step is not completed, you will not be able to log in.
If you manage users for your company, please review your Dashboard users and confirm that each person who needs login access has:
- A valid email address.
- A verified email address.

Users without an email address
If you are trying to log in but don't have an email address added for your Dashboard user, please reach out to a Director or Manager to add the email address to your user. You can then verify the newly added email address via the verification link in your email inbox.
Valid before May 18, 2026: If your user account does not have an email address, you are prompted to add one via the Dashboard. Once a valid email address has been added to your account and has been verified, the prompt will stop showing.
In case of a missing email address, you have to:
- Enter a valid email address.
- Verify your email using the link sent to that inbox.
After the email is verified, you can log in normally.
Users who already have an email address
If you already have an email address on your profile, you may occasionally see a confirmation prompt asking you to review it.
This prompt helps ensure the email address associated with the account is still correct. If the email is outdated, you should update it and complete the verification process again.
Accounts that do not require login
You may have Dashboard users that do not require login because they represent non-human roles, such as:
- Vehicles
- Point-of-sale integrations
- Equipment or operational resources
These accounts typically:
- Cannot log in to the Dashboard.
- Can exist without an email address because they do not need to sign in.
- Can still be used for assignments, scheduling, or reporting.
If login access is required for this type of account, an email address must be added and verified.
Signing in to the Dashboard
To sign in to the FareHarbor Dashboard:
- Go to the FareHarbor login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your user account.
- Enter the account password.
- Select Log in.
If the email address has not been verified or is missing from the account, the system will prompt you to update your profile.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
I entered my email but didn’t receive a verification email. What should I do?
We recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Ask your IT team to allow emails from our domain.
The verification link isn’t working. What should I do?
- Make sure you’re opening the most recent email
- Try copying the full link into your browser
- Request a new verification email if needed
How can I update a user's email address?
You can update your or another user's email address on the Dashboard.
To update an email address:
- Navigate to Settings > Users & Permissions on your Dashboard.
- Click Edit next to the user you want to edit.
- Click the Account tab.
- Enter a new email address in the Email field.
- Click Save changes.
The updated user will receive a verification email in their inbox to complete the process.
Can my staff use a shared email address?
Multiple user accounts can technically use the same email address if all users have access to that inbox. This is allowed but we recommend considering any accountability or audit challenges.
Can different staff members using the same email address stay logged in at the same time?
Yes. Multiple sessions can exist at once across different devices or browsers. However, we don't recommend that multiple users share the same email address login. Sharing the same email login can result in:
- Security issues
- No distinction between user actions
Can I access multiple Dashboards with a single email address login?
Yes, if your user has access to multiple Dashboards, you will still see all available Dashboards after signing in, as long as the same email address is associated with those accounts.
I have multiple Dashboards but cannot see all of them after logging in. Why?
It's possible that you have set up multiple email addresses for login and they are associated with different Dashboards. We advise checking your active email inboxes for traces of verification emails. In case additional assistance is needed, reach out to FareHarbor Support.
