How to work with bookings in FareHarbor Agent

This feature is currently only available for selected FareHarbor clients.

FareHarbor Agent can assist guests during the booking process using FareHarbor data and enabled booking actions.

Available booking actions depend on your configuration. The assistant may:

  • Check availability
  • Present time slots
  • Quote pricing
  • Share a booking link

FareHarbor handles booking records and confirmations.

Reviewing a booking interaction

To understand a typical booking interaction:

  1. A guest asks about a booking.
  2. The assistant checks availability.
  3. The assistant presents available options.
  4. The guest selects a time.
  5. The assistant validates details.
  6. The assistant sends a booking link.
  7. The guest completes the booking.

The reservation appears in the Dashboard like any other booking.
