Backed by GV (formally Google Ventures) Investments, Podium gives you the tools to connect with your customers on their favorite channels, whether they started on Facebook, Google, Instagram, text messaging, or even your website. Collect more Google reviews and manage customer interactions on the go.
How it works
After a booking is completed in FareHarbor, the customer contact information is pushed into your Podium platform. Any text communication templates you’ve set up within Podium will then go out automatically to your customers.
