New Item Request Form

Note: If you need to submit multiple items, complete your first item here, then follow the 'Submit another item' link from the confirmation page.

  • Required Information

    The following information is required for our team to start building your new item.
  • Please include a link to your FareHarbor Dashboard so we know where to add the new item. (Example: https://fareharbor.com/yourcompanyname/dashboard/)
  • ex. 6/1/2018 - 12/31/2019 or Year Round
  • Ex: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
  • Ex: Mondays & Wednesdays from 3-4pm, Fridays from 3-4pm and 5-7pm.
  • Ex. 1 hour, 2 hours, 48 hours (always mention in hours or days)
  • Ex: Each tour has a maximum capacity of 30 people.
  • Ex: Adults (Ages 13+) $56.00, Children (Ages 12 and under) $36.00, etc.
  • If there is limited inventory (a set number of boats, guides, surfboards, etc.), please explain or put “n/a”.
  • What can customers expect?
  • Describe what's included in the price. A bulleted list works well for this.
  • Provide an address, city name, or landmark
  • Is there a specific page on your website where the book button for this item should be added?

    The below information is optional, but highly encouraged. To save time, we recommend taking a look at your existing items and letting us know if any of the same custom fields are applicable to your new item.
