How It Works
Papershift imports your FareHarbor calendar of bookings into their staff scheduling software, giving you a clear view of your upcoming tours and enabling you to schedule the right number of employees for each day. By syncing your bookings with staff scheduling, Papershift ensures you’re always fully staffed without over- or under-scheduling. The interface synchronizes all events from FareHarbor to Papershift, not just the booked ones. When an event is booked, it is assigned a ‘tag’ in Papershift, ensuring that personnel can be scheduled for confirmed bookings. Additionally, crew members already assigned to an event in FareHarbor are automatically synchronized and scheduled in Papershift as well.
