Additional information is available to FareHarbor employees.
The Content Builder feature provides a convenient view of your listings’ important details, can help improve conversion rates, and facilitate a more accessible experience for customers.
Feature overview

- If there are no cancellation notes set up at an item level, customers will see the company-level cancellation notes set up in the Default cancellation notes field, under Settings > Info & Policies.
- If there are no cancellation notes set up at an item level or a company level, the Cancellations section will not display to customers.
