You manage FH Agent from the FareHarbor Dashboard. This page shows how to access your workspace so you can review conversations, update training content, connect channels, and adjust handoff settings.
If you do not see FH Agent in the Dashboard, confirm that your account has access or contact FareHarbor Support.
FH Agent workspace overview
The FH Agent workspace is the central place to manage your FareHarbor AI assistant. From the workspace, you can:
- Review guest conversations
- Configure assistant instructions
- Add knowledge sources
- Connect communication channels
- Configure handoff settings
To open the FH Agent workspace:
- Log in to your FareHarbor Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Communications > FH Agent.
- Open your workspace.
