How to access the FareHarbor Agent workspace

This feature is currently only available for selected FareHarbor clients.

You manage FareHarbor Agent from the FareHarbor Dashboard. This page shows how to access your workspace so you can review conversations, update training content, connect channels, and adjust handoff settings.

If you do not see FareHarbor Agent in the Dashboard, confirm that your account has access or contact FareHarbor Support.

FareHarbor Agent workspace overview

The FareHarbor Agent workspace is the central place to manage your FareHarbor AI assistant. From the workspace, you can:

  • Review guest conversations
  • Configure assistant instructions
  • Add knowledge sources
  • Connect communication channels
  • Configure handoff settings

To open the FareHarbor Agent workspace:

  1. Log in to your FareHarbor Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Communications > FareHarbor Agent.
  3. Open your workspace.
