Assistant only sees what your user account already has access to, and can't make changes without your approval.
Assistant is an AI-powered chatbot built into the FareHarbor Dashboard. You can use plain language to ask questions, find information, and complete supported actions without navigating through Dashboard menus.
Assistant overview
Assistant works within the company Dashboard you’re currently viewing, so you can ask questions without specifying which company you’re working with. You can use Assistant to find information, complete supported actions, search the FareHarbor Help Center, and get help from Support.
Keep the following in mind when using Assistant:
- Available information and actions depend on your permissions. Assistant uses the same permissions as your current Dashboard session. What you can access or do with Assistant therefore depends on the permissions associated with your login.
- Review Assistant’s responses for accuracy. Assistant is AI-powered, and can make mistakes or misinterpret your request. Review the information it provides to make sure it understands your request correctly.
- Review changes before you confirm them. Assistant asks you to confirm actions that create, change, or delete Dashboard data. Review the details carefully before proceeding because some actions cannot be undone.
- Assistant focuses on FareHarbor questions and operations. It does not answer general questions, provide pricing advice, or discuss topics unrelated to FareHarbor.
