Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t have an analytics account yet?
FareHarbor can only connect to active accounts. If you’re not currently using an analytics service, you’ll need to first create an account with the service of your choice. Once that’s done, you’ll be given a unique code or ID which we can then integrate with FareHarbor.
Do you support other services besides those listed above?
Yes, FareHarbor does offer support for custom analytics setups. If you’re using a different service from those listed above, or have your own custom setup, get in touch with us and we’ll determine whether we can set up an integration.
Can I connect more than one analytics service to FareHarbor?
Yes, multiple services and accounts can be integrated with FareHarbor.
Why are there analytics on my online booking experience (Lightframe)?
At FareHarbor, we are committed to improving our products and services and providing the best experience to our clients and their customers.
To ensure optimal performance, we use trackers to measure traffic and analyze user behavior in the online booking experience (also known as the Lightframe) as standard practice. An example of this is a GA4 measurement ID that includes FareHarbor’s analytics (G-12345). The purpose of the trackers is to identify any technical issues or inconsistencies and areas for product improvement.
These trackers do not interfere with your website because they only measure website traffic data in the online booking experience. We do not receive any data from your website, nor do we have access to your website’s analytics, unless you have specifically shared access to your website’s analytics with us.
